    This is a simple and easy to read mini cookbook that focuses on longtime favorite recipes now re-created with a healthier spin on them. And what so amazing is that the taste is as good as or better than the classic/original recipes I have found.
    For me, I have found this book very helpful and I will share with you the reasons:

    1) There are 25 recipes in this book and each recipe has both the prep time and cook time (very helpful). And I found these recipes very helpful and even made some of them recently.

    2) This book is well written and I really like the recipes. However, it would have been nice to have the nutritional information (calories, fat, carbs, etc) at the end of each recipe..

    3) My favorite recipes in this book are: Sausage and Peppers (tried this and it is outstanding), Pina Colada Smoothie (best smoothie I have ever tasted), Spicy Chicken Bites (this is superb and it is sautéed/ lightly fried in Coconut Oil), and my total favorite was Fried Green Tomatoes (also fried in Coconut Oil). Coconut Oil gives a wonderful and sweet taste to foods and it is very healthy oil!

    Highly recommend this book!

    Just received this book on my kindle. So I haven’t tried any of the recipes yet. But I am planning to. They sound terrific! And very easy. The only issue is the lack of pictures. But I am discovering that is very common with these ebooks. I did get this for free, so I’m not going to complain.

    If you have a nut allergy like my daughter does then this book is not for you, as a majority of the recipes use almond flour and the like. Also some recipes use high fat ingredients and frying, which I wouldn’t consider very healthy.
